where i'll be found (behind the song)
There is a Neil Young documentary called “Year of the Horse” directed by Jim Jarmusch. It follows Neil Young and Crazy Horse for a year with concert footage and interviews to camera. In order to appreciate Jim Jarmusch, you really need to be into what he's into. About as far from a James Cameron film as you can get, Jarmusch’s movies are more like paintings you can walk around in for a couple of hours. My favourite Jarmusch film is called Mystery Train. Trust me, it’s not one you want to put on at a party, or on family movie night, but if you’re at all besotted with the Memphis story, Sun Studios and the music of mid-century USA, you will love it. Especially recommended for the night owl, it essentially just walks the streets of Memphis over the course of a night with great actors and an ever better soundtrack.
